Mother Nature might still be making up her mind, but we are officially in Spring Mode. 🌸Today is the official First Day of Spring, and the energy in the building is already shifting. The first day of spring Pennsylvania means... well, absolutely nothing. We fully expect it to snow at least two more times before May. 😂
But whether Mother Nature gives us sunshine or sleet this week, the weather inside the Blair Regional YMCA is always perfectly climate-controlled.
It is the perfect time to:
🌱 Swap the treadmill for a walk or run outdoors....maybe register for the upcoming Race of Champions?
