Attention all area swimmers! Whether you’re a proud Blair Regional YMCA Tigershark or represent another local team, our upcoming Stroke Clinic is designed to give you the competitive edge you need before the blocks are even in place.
This isn’t just another practice—it’s a deep dive into the mechanics that shave seconds off your time and power behind your pull.
✨ What We’re Focusing On:
Technical Precision: Drills to perfect your body position and stroke mechanics.
The "Fifth Stroke": Improving underwater pull-outs and streamlines.
Power & Efficiency: Maximizing distance per stroke to save energy for that final lap.
Starts & Turns: Tightening up those transitions where races are won or lost.
