AQUA AEROBICS – High-intensity, low-impact cardio exercise with water resistance (no swimming required)
AQUATIC ARTHRITIS – Low-impact therapeutic exercise designed to help relieve pain and stiffness
AQUA FLEX – Exhilarating low-impact exercise suitable for all skill levels to help burn fat, build muscle strength and tone, improve agility, flexibility, body alignment, and total fitness
JOINTS-N-MOTION – Warm water exercises focused on improving strength, flexibility, and endurance
WATER WORKS – Low-impact workout utilizing water resistance to improve strength and flexibility
All kids deserve the opportunity to discover who they are and what they can achieve. Through BLAIR REGIONAL YMCA youths throughout our local area are cultivating the values, skills, and relationships that lead to positive behaviors, better health, and educational achievement.
