RACE NUMBERS & BIBS

RUNNERS: You must wear your race number on the front of your body to show that you are a race participant.

SWIMMERS & BIKERS: You will not wear a bib number, but will need to have the body marked.

You will have a certain color bib pertaining to what race you are participating in.

If you lose your bib or need a new one issued for any reason, there will be a $5 fee assessed.

TRIATHLON PARTICIPANTS ONLY

We will use the chip to identify all individual and team triathletes.

INDIVIDUAL TRIATHLETES

In addition to a chip, triathletes will be given a bib race number that must be worn during the RUN PORTION.

This is important to help volunteers and staff know who is participating in the race, and for emergency purposes.

TEAM TRIATHLETES

Triathlete teams must pass their chip from person to person.

RACE SHIRTS

ALL TRIATHLETES and DUATHLETES will automatically be registered with TECH SHIRTS of unisex sizing.

OPT-OUT OF TECH SHIRT

If registering before PRE-REGISTRATION, you have the option to instead select a cotton shirt for this race. To do so, you must write “cotton” beside your shirt size on your race brochure.

If registering online you MUST contact Frank Kopriva at the YMCA and let him know you prefer a cotton shirt, as you would otherwise be registered with a tech shirt. Call Frank at (814) 695-4467.

RULES

For safety reasons, pets and headsets of any kind are not permitted.

Absolutely no headsets of any kind are allowed.
If you are found with a headset on, you will not get a finishing time!

NO race registration reimbursements.

Remember, if you cannot make it to the event, your registration fee is going toward a good cause.
